The client needed an existing property and its block retaining walls cleared to open up a new sub-division site. SES ran the demolition with excavator and grab, sorted the concrete and steel on site for recycling and left the ground ready for the civil contractor.
Neighbouring homes stayed occupied throughout, with dust suppression, fencing and agreed working hours.
