A residential section was cleared for a new build. SES fenced the site, completed the asbestos removal first, then demolished the house and cleared the ground - all on the agreed programme so the client’s builder could start on their date.
The completion pack included the asbestos clearance, disposal dockets and a photo record of the cleared site.
