One of our combined asbestos and demolition projects getting ready to start: scaffolding up, security fence up, then cladding stripped and the house taken down by the same crew.
A single-storey home with asbestos-cement cladding was cleared for redevelopment. Scaffold and SES security hoarding went up first, then the licensed crew stripped the cladding under controls before the demolition team took the framing down and cleared the section.
Because asbestos and demolition sit inside the same group, there was no hand-off between contractors: one control plan, one supervisor and one clearance.

- Soft-strip and structural demolition of the framing
- Material sorted for recycling, section cleared and left level
