What commercial painting costs
Interior repaints are priced per square metre by surface condition and access, typically NZD [xx-xx] per m² for standard office walls; exteriors and specialist coatings per job.
After-hours work is itemised. Fixed quote after the walk-through.

Can you paint while the office is in use?
Yes - we work evenings and weekends in stages, with low-odour systems and areas back in use by the next morning.
Do you do small touch-up jobs?
Yes - touch-ups and make-good are a core part of our maintenance contracts and are also quoted as one-off jobs.
What if the old paint contains lead?
We test pre-1980 surfaces first. If lead is present our licensed crew removes or stabilises it safely before repainting - no separate contractor. See lead paint removal.
Which paint systems do you use?
Commercial-grade low-VOC systems from major NZ suppliers, with hygienic and anti-graffiti coatings where specified; product data is left with you.
Do you handle exteriors and roofs?
Yes - pressure washing, preparation, facade and roof coatings, with height access arranged.
