A two-storey home on a tight suburban section was cleared for redevelopment. Scaffold and hazard tape went up first, the licensed crew removed the asbestos cladding floor by floor, and the demolition team followed straight behind to take the framing down and clear the site.
The client had one contract and one point of contact from the first day on site to the cleared section.
