1. About us

SES Group is a New Zealand company providing asbestos removal, demolition, property maintenance, specialist cleaning, waterproofing and recruitment services. Our registered office is 28 Wilkinson Way, Browns Bay, Auckland 0630. Our WorkSafe New Zealand asbestos removal licences (Class A and Class B) are held by Safe Environmental Solutions Ltd; licence numbers are available on request.

2. Using this website

You may browse the site and use its forms for their intended purpose: enquiring about our services, requesting a quote, contacting us, or applying for a role. You must not:

• use the site or its forms to send spam, false enquiries, or content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringes anyone’s rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or any connected system, or interfere with its operation;
• scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the site without our written permission;
• upload files containing malware or any material you do not have the right to share.

We may suspend or block access to the site for anyone who breaches these terms.

3. Information on this site

We take care to keep the content of this site accurate and current, but it is general information about our services, not advice for your specific situation. Asbestos, demolition and remediation work is governed by legislation and regulations that change; always rely on a written quote, survey or report from SES, or advice from a suitably qualified professional, rather than on website content alone. We may change any part of the site at any time without notice.

4. Enquiries, quotes and contracts

Submitting a quote request or enquiry through this site does not create a contract or oblige SES to carry out any work. Any price indication given on the site or in an initial reply is an estimate only. A binding agreement arises only when SES issues a written quote or contract and you accept it in writing. Those documents, together with SES’s standard terms of trade supplied with them, govern the work - not these website terms. Where there is any conflict, the written quote or contract prevails.

Emergency call-outs requested by phone are subject to SES’s standard call-out and hourly rates, which we will confirm before or on attendance wherever practicable.

5. Job applications

By submitting a CV or application you confirm that the information you provide is true and complete, that you hold any licences or qualifications you claim, and that you are entitled to work in New Zealand or will tell us otherwise. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or a role. We handle applicant information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Uploaded files and content you send us

You keep ownership of any plans, photos, reports or documents you upload. You grant SES a licence to store, copy and use them for the purpose of assessing, quoting and delivering the work or considering your application. You confirm you have the right to share them and that they do not include personal information about others beyond what is necessary. Please do not upload anything that is security-classified or subject to a confidentiality agreement without first telling us.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site - text, photographs, graphics, logos (including the SES Group and division logos), page layouts and code - is owned by or licensed to Safe Environmental Solutions Ltd and protected by New Zealand and international copyright and trade mark law. You may view, print or download pages for your own non-commercial use in dealing with us. Any other use, including reproducing client logos or photographs shown on the site, requires our written permission.

8. Third-party links and services

The site links to and embeds services from third parties, including Google Maps and analytics tools, and may link to client, supplier or regulator websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Links do not imply endorsement.

9. Availability and security

We aim to keep the site available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may take the site offline for maintenance. You are responsible for protecting your own devices and for the confidentiality of any information you choose to send through the internet.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SES excludes liability for any loss or damage - direct, indirect or consequential - arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or its content, or from reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where you acquire services from us as a consumer. Where you acquire services for business purposes, you agree that those Acts do not apply to the extent permitted by law, as set out in our terms of trade.
