Do you get the consent for me?
Yes - we prepare and lodge the building consent application and coordinate any resource consent requirements with your planner.
Can I keep anything from the house?
Yes - native timber, fittings, joinery or bricks can be salvaged for you or resold through our deconstruction service. Tell us before we quote.
How long does it take?
Consents four to six weeks; disconnections one to two weeks; asbestos and demolition usually one week on site for a house.
Do you remove the foundations and driveway?
Yes, unless you ask us to leave them. Crushed concrete can be retained on site as hardfill for the new build.
