SES Group is Safe Environmental Solutions - a family-run business with more than 30 years in asbestos, demolition and remediation, now six divisions working for Health NZ, the New Zealand Defence Force, Spark and commercial property owners. The Managing Director still turns up on site.

Do I need an asbestos licence to apply?
No. We hire unlicensed labourers and put you through Class B and then Class A training on our time.
Where is the work?
Mostly Auckland, mobilising from Browns Bay on the North Shore, with projects in Waikato, Northland, Hawke’s Bay and Wellington. Travel and accommodation are covered on away jobs.
What are the hours?
Standard days on most jobs; some hospital and commercial work runs nights and weekends, paid at the appropriate rates. Specialist cleaning has a 24/7 on-call roster.
Do I need to be a NZ citizen or resident?
You need the legal right to work in New Zealand. Tell us your visa status on the form.
What if there is no vacancy for my role?
