Asbestos roof sheets craned off a commercial building from a work platform inside a fenced exclusion zone, with the client’s car park kept open throughout.
A commercial building with an asbestos-cement roof needed the sheets removed without closing the site. SES set up a fenced exclusion zone in the car park, brought in a crane and work platform, and lifted the wrapped sheets straight from the roof to the ground for licensed disposal.
The removal ran under an asbestos removal control plan with WorkSafe notification, wet methods on the roof, and an independent clearance before the site was handed back.

- Wet-method removal, wrapped and labelled for licensed disposal
